**The role**

**What you will do**
- Drive best practices for Salesforce multi-cloud implementation & rollouts.
- Create Architecture Blueprint & High-level Solution design for implementations.
- Liaise with Design Authority/Architecture Review Board on Customer side, to present architecture and drive approvals.
- Create Feature Roadmap for functionalities.
- Perform fit-gap analysis across different solutions and come up with product recommendations.
- Configure/develop complex Salesforce functionalities and guide development team on the implementation.

**Who are we looking for**
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and constraints.
- Knowledge & experience of Sitecore would be preferred.
- Experience integrating data into Salesforce from multiple data sources using tools including DataLoader
- Experience gathering and presenting information from multiple sources in a single UI
- Experience architecting and building solutions within the Salesforce Portal
- Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies.
- Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.
- Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
- Preferably holding both Salesforce Certified Application Architect & Salesforce certified Integration Architect certifications
- Should be able to work in offshore / onsite model
