**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients for our web and app development services. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries.
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Present and demonstrate the company’s web and app development services to potential clients.
- Customize sales pitches based on client requirements.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
- **Proposal Development**:

- Collaborate with the development and design teams to create customized proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
- Provide feedback to the team to improve service offerings.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the IT/Software industry, preferably in web and app development services.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile app development processes and technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
