We are looking for customer support executive (minimum 6 month of experience)
- **Title: Customer Support Executive**_
Location: Chandevali
**Salary: 21000-23000 per month+ pf+esi**
Timing: 8am-8pm anytime between with a rotational week off
- We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers by answering their questions, handling complaints, and assisting with issues or problems related to our products or services._
**Responsibilities**:
- _Resolve customer issues and problems in a timely and satisfactory manner_
- _Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services_
- _Keep track of customer interactions and transactions using a customer relationship management (CRM) system_
- _Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues or escalate them as needed_
- _Meet or exceed established performance metrics and goals_
- _Continuously improve knowledge of company policies and procedures_
**Requirements**:
- _Excellent communication and problem-solving skills_
- _Customer-focused mindset with a desire to help customers_
- _Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult or upset customers in a professional manner_
- _Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required_
