**Overview**:
A Customer Support Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing inquiries, resgistering issues, and providing excellent service. This position involves effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products or services.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Investigate and troubleshoot customer problems to the technical team
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments or higher management when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop an understanding of the company's products or services.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with customers using clear and concise language.
- Provide guidance to customers, and generating tickets for the resolution.
- **Performance Metrics**:

- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
