**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Service and Retention:
Execute cross-selling strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to revenue generation.

Collect and collate customer feedback for continuous improvement of products and technology.

Process Optimization:
Optimize the customer service function to deliver high-quality service at a low cost, aiming to minimize the cost per service.

Demonstrate a sense of urgency, self-motivation, and attention to detail.

Implement strategies to manage and reduce customer complaints effectively.

Communication Skills:
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Create and analyze reports to evaluate the efficiency of communication strategies.

Maintain flexibility and adaptability, willing to change strategies as needed.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Foster a positive and exciting workplace environment.

**Qualifications**:
12th Passed out.

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Experience in BPO/KPO preferred.

International experience is a must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Communication skills: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer support: 1 year (preferred)
