Inside Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contact potential customers to present company products or services and explain their features and benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects to nurture them through the sales process.
- Conduct product demonstrations or presentations over the phone or via web conferencing tools.
- Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet their requirements.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with customers to close sales deals.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the sales process and improve customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales or telesales roles, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bengali.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and sales strategies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
