QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

**Educational Qualification**: Mandatory Bachelor Degree ; Diploma / Post Graduation in Marketing /
Communication (Preferable)

**Experience**: 1-2 years

**Salary Range**: 2.4L - 2.7L P.A.

AVAILABILITY OF EMPLOYEE TRANSPORTATION IN THE GIVEN ROUTES

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

**MAINTAINING & MANAGING SERVICE MATTERS RELATED TO CURRENT CLIENTS: MANAGING SALES ORDER**
**FULFILLMENT**

**Registration of Purchase Orders Coordination with Branches and Communication with Clients**
**Departments**

**MAINTAINING & MANAGING SERVICE MATTERS RELATED TO CURRENT CLIENTS: MANAGING AND HANDLING**
**COMPLAINTS AND CASES**

**Registration of Complaints and Cases Coordination with Branches and Communication with Clients**
**Departments**

**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT THROUGH NEW CUSTOMERS AND LEAD GENERATION : CONDUCTING RESEARCH &**
**ANALYSIS FOR TARGET INFORMATION**

**Customer payment collection and processing**

**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT THROUGH NEW CUSTOMERS AND LEAD GENERATION : LEAD GENERATION**

**ENSURING CONTINUATION AND RETENTION OF BUSINESS THROUGH REPEAT SALES : MANAGING SALES THROUGH**
**REPEAT SALES WITH THE CLIENT**

**Sales data analysis Securing Repeat Sales Resolution of potential opportunity loss cases**

**Escalation to higher level for unresolved potential opportunity loss cases**

**Salary**: ₹16,500.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
