Hiring Inside Sales Manager for EVE Technologies Pvt Ltd

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

- Manage and lead a team of inside sales executives.- Provide guidance, training, and motivation to ensure team members achieve sales targets.

Sales Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives.- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.

Lead Generation:

- Oversee the generation and qualification of leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.

Client Engagement:

- Assist team members in engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and promote company products and services effectively.

Sales Performance Monitoring:

- Monitor team performance and sales activities to ensure targets are met or exceeded.- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to improve their sales skills and performance.

Pipeline Management:

- Manage and maintain sales pipelines and CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities accurately.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and maximize repeat business opportunities.- Address client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Sales Reporting:

- Generate and analyze sales reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales achievements, challenges, and forecasts.

Market Research:

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, stay updated on industry trends, and monitor competitors' activities.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to support sales efforts and achieve company goals.

- Job Location: Kolkata- Eligibility: Graduate with 2 years of experience in Tele Sales or Inside Sales with excellent communication skills.- Annual CTC: 3 Lakhs - 3.6 Lakhs / PA

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Tele Sales or Inside Sales.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is preferred.
