Note*We are seeking candidates with experience in inside sales or as academic counselors in an EdTech company, along with a strong background in sales.


Fresh graduates interested in this role should have between 6 months to 1 year of experience in inside sales or as admission counselors.

Responsible for daily calls and communication with customers and sales.

Entire sales over callsOnly hot and enquired leads to callMust have an interest in sales and outbound calling, working with revenue targets.

Regularly follow up with new and existing customers.
Continuously follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize admissions.
Achieve targets and adhere to SOPs on a monthly basis.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Intensely follow up with prospects and close sales within the sales cycle.
Ability to work under the reasonable pressure associated with sales.
Consistently tracking personal performance while also enhancing team performance.

Preferred candidate profile:
Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in any fieldExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong sales skillsExperience in a similar roleAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable to work 6 Days a week
