We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator for our shop. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the administrative functions within the shop. This role will involve a combination of administrative tasks, customer service, and coordination between various departments.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone. Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns, providing excellent customer service at all times.

3. Order Processing: Coordinate the processing of orders, including receiving orders, preparing invoices, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers.

4. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels, placing orders for supplies, and conducting regular inventory audits.

5. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer information, and other relevant data. Enter data into the system accurately and in a timely manner.

6. Coordination: Collaborate with other departments within the shop to ensure efficient communication and workflow. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events as needed.

7. Problem Solving: Handle any issues or concerns that arise in a prompt and professional manner. Troubleshoot problems and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a retail or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.

Pay: ₹8,563.62 - ₹20,000.00 per month
