**About Us**:

Our vision is to transform our **two decades** of medical domain knowledge and expertise into a powerful AI solution and make it accessible to every hospital and doctor. In a short span of time, Augnito has become a market leader in various segments for Voice AI in Healthcare.

We have a team of experienced computer scientists, human-centered designers, medical transcribers, quality analysts, doctors, engineers, and on-site customer success managers supporting our mission to enhance healthcare intelligence by inventing the future of healthcare. We are building one-of-its-kind voice driven products for healthcare users globally, based on AI/ML models at the core.

**About the role**:
We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our team who possesses a strong drive for results. This role will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking. You should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a contact for clients, build trust, and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them
- Responds to customer inquiries by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer’s understanding of information and answer
- Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices
- Maintain customer relationship by responding to inquiries, documenting actions
- Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Should be comfortable working in the US shift (8pm - 4am)
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or a similar role
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a penchant for customer success
