**About the Role**:

- As a CBRE Sales Support Analyst, you will provide basic administrative support to an office.

This job is part of the Sales Operations function. This role is responsible for processing data entry and marketing requests submitted by the Advisory business.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Prepare and submit ad-hoc expense reports.
- Design and publish property listing brochures and property sale announcements.
- Create, modify and/or enhance existing site plans and floor plans.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide information as needed, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

**What You'll Need**:

- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of job-related experience.
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
