**Position Title**: PMO Support Associate

**Location**: Hyderabad

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Pre-Sales Support**:

- Help in preparing proposals and Statements of Work (SOW) based on provided inputs.
- Assist with invoicing by preparing raw data and accurately flagging dates or concerns.
- ** Project Management Support**:

- Assist in tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Support in managing small tasks or components of larger projects, helping to ensure projects stay on track.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- ** Coordination and Scheduling**:

- Schedule calls and meetings with customer contacts and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Organize and run frequent team meetings, particularly when multiple projects are running in parallel.
- Maintain calendars and assist in planning upcoming events or deliverables.
- ** Reporting and Documentation**:

- Check and follow up on upcoming weekly status reports, ensuring they are filled out in advance and sent on behalf of the client/account leads.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
- ** Process Improvement**:

- Contribute to the development and streamlining of administrative and project management processes.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and help implement them.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA fresher (preferably in HR, Operations, or a related field) from a reputed institute **or** **A graduate with 1-2 years of experience in a similar support role, preferably within a PMO or in project coordination.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to deal with diverse pieces of information effectively is a key skill.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of IT support services or a related industry is a plus.
- Awareness of ERP would be helpful

**Career Path**:
