**Job Description-**

Minimumof 1+ years of Oracle in employee data management. Overall work experienceof 1+ years within HR operations. Should have worked as / experience as anQuality checker (transactions) and trained or improve bottom associatesperformance. Preferably should have worked on SuccessFactors Employee Central. Mustmaintain a high degree of care and diligence in protecting the confidentialityof employee personal information and documents. Must be able to workindependently, set priorities, meet deadlines, solve problems, and satisfycommitments. Strongwritten and oral communication skills are necessary forinteracting with all levels of the organization. Knowledge of federal, state,and local tax regulations including their respective websites, forms andprocedures is a plus. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Demonstratedattention to detail with an appreciation of complexity and risk. Demonstratedattention to detail with an appreciation of complexity and risk. Demonstratedproblem-solving skills with the ability to create simple solutions. De sire towork in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Manufacturing industryexperience with exposure to unions/organized labor. International WFAexperience and global employee data management. Minimum of 1 years of Oracle inemployee data management. Overall work experience of 1+ years with minimum 1year experience in supporting HR transaction back office operations. Experiencein handling simple & medium complex HR transactions within Hire to Retireprocess. Ability to communicate with upstream and downstream partners to driveday to day operations. Preferably should have worked on SuccessFactors EmployeeCentral.
