**Job description**
**GLOBAL INVESTORS SOLUTION is a leading real estate company, and we are currently seeking a motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales leads, closing deals, and building relationships with clients.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and online sources.**
**- Meet with clients to discuss their real estate needs and requirements.**
**- Show properties to clients and provide them with information about the features and benefits of each property.**
**- Work with clients to develop a customized plan that meets their specific needs and goals.**
**- Negotiate contracts, prepare offers, and guide clients through the closing process.**
**- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.**
**- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the real estate industry.**
**- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with other professionals and stay current with industry news and trends.**
**- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.**
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in real estate sales.**
**- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.**
**- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**
**- Strong negotiation and closing skills.**
**- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.**
**- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.**
**- Must have Own Vehicle.**
