**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Executive at Trip Tap Toe, you will be responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling our diverse range of travel products and services. You will engage with potential customers, understand their travel preferences, and provide them with personalized travel solutions that cater to their needs. Your exceptional communication skills, travel expertise, and persuasive abilities will be vital in converting leads into satisfied customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent pre
- and post-sales support, addressing inquiries, and offering guidance on travel options.
- Understand clients' travel requirements and preferences, and customize travel itineraries that align with their interests, budget, and schedule.
- Present and explain Trip Tap Toe's travel packages, services, and benefits in a compelling manner to drive conversions and meet sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, destinations, and travel-related information to effectively communicate the value of our offerings to potential clients.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as travel consultants and customer service representatives, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the company's CRM system.
- Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional travel services and products to maximize revenue and enhance the customer's overall travel experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients and build rapport.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals effectively.
- Passion for travel and a deep understanding of various travel destinations, cultures, and travel-related products.
- Familiarity with using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
