**> Social Media Replies**: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on various social media platforms, including Instagram and WhatsApp, providing timely and helpful information.

**> Calling Customers - **Regarding exchanges / returns / abandoned checkouts
**> Website Chat (Shopify) Replies**: Handle customer inquiries and support requests received through the Shopify platform, resolving issues or redirecting them to the appropriate teams if necessary.
**> Collaboration Ideas**: Actively contribute creative ideas and suggestions for collaboration opportunities with influencers and content creators
**> Social Media Content Ideas**: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas for social media content, considering current trends, customer preferences, and brand identity.
**> Snapchat Reels Upload**:Utilize Snapchat to upload engaging reels showcasing our products or brand story, aiming to reach a wider audience and drive customer engagement.
**> Updating brand website**
**> Sending Broadcast messages to customers**
- **Requirements**:_
- Previous experience in customer support or social media related role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms like Instagram, Shopify, and relevant customer support tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
