Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing technical issues and inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems by identifying and understanding the root cause of technical issues
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or senior technicians for further assistance
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and resolutions in the customer support system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements to products, services, and support processes.


Requirements :

  • Previous experience in a technical customer support role or similar customer-facing position
  • Proficient technical skills and knowledge related to the products/services being supported (e.g., software applications, hardware devices, networking)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to troubleshooting technical issues
  • ?Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
