**Job Description for Business Development Executive**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the international market for our IT services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching and engaging target clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and other materials to clients to showcase our services and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Track and report on sales metrics and progress towards targets to management.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in the IT services industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing business opportunities in the international market.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, including software development, cloud services, cybersecurity, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and conferences.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
