**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Payment Follow-ups**: Proactively contact customers to remind them of upcoming payment due dates and ensure timely payments.
- **Order Management**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our good customers, taking their orders accurately and efficiently.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Communicate with suppliers to get updates on existing products, inquire about new products, and obtain the latest pricing information.
- **Report Preparation**: Compile and prepare detailed reports based on customer interactions, supplier updates, and product information.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, collections, or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in at least Hindi and English.
- **Organisational Skills**: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in **MS Office** (Word, Excel) and experience with **TALLY Prime**.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy in handling customer and supplier information.
- **Customer-Focused**: A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
