Job Profile:
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Preparing, organizing, and maintaining documents, reports, and presentations.
- Ensuring that the office is well-organized and that supplies and equipment are maintained and stocked.
- Evening office meetings
- Event planning and Travelling for meetings
- Report any issues or delays to management and suggest improvements.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and personality
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Professional development and career advancement opportunities.
Salary Range: 15000 to 30000
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
