The Personal Secretary will provide high-level administrative support to the executive, handling a wide range of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the executive's office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- **Meeting Coordination**:
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure meetings are productive and efficient.
- **Communication**:
- Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- **Document Management**:
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records.
- Ensure documents are easily accessible and securely stored.
- **Travel Arrangements**:
- Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
- Compile documents for travel-related meetings.
- **Project Assistance**:
- Assist with special projects as required, including research, data collection, and report preparation.
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- **Office Management**:
- Oversee the maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure the office environment is professional and well-organized.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a personal secretary or executive assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
