As an Post Sales Representative at Praadis Education, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for nurturing and closing queries of enrolled customers, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with our dedicated sales team. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify customer problems through various channels, including inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, and Center sales Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively communicate our unique value proposition.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
service counsellor, preferably in the Ed Tech or SaaS industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
