Sales Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team for administrative support.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences for the sales team.
- Maintain and update sales records and databases with accurate and current information.
- Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and follow up on sales documentation.
- Track and manage the payment process, ensuring timely collection of payments and resolving any related issues.
- Liaise with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus point.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
