 Develop and Execute Channel Strategy: Create and implement an effective channelstrategy to identify, recruit, and on-board distributors for our products and services.

 Partner Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships withdistributors, serving as their main point of contact. Regularly assess partner needs,performance, and satisfaction to enhance collaboration and achieve mutual business goals

. Coordinate with Internal Teams: Collaborate closely with the support team, engineeringteam, and management to ensure effective communication and seamless delivery of productsand services. Act as a bridge between partners and the engineering team to address technicalrequirements and provide timely solutions.

 Sales and Marketing Campaigns: Develop and manage sales and marketing campaigns incollaboration with the marketing team to generate leads, promote products, and increasebrand visibility. Analyze campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations forimprovement.

 Sales Performance Management: Monitor and manage sales performance by tracking keymetrics, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement. Optimize partner salesactivities to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets.

 Channel Conflict Resolution: Coordinate with other sales channels within the company tominimize conflicts and ensure a cohesive sales approach. Foster a collaborative environmentto drive cross-channel synergy and shared success.

 Sales Forecasting and Opportunity Management: Conduct accurate sales forecasting,pipeline management, and opportunity analysis. Identify and capitalize on new salesopportunities to drive revenue growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
