**Job Title: Sales Executive**
**Location**: Colaba, Mumbai (Onsite Role)

**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation**:
- Drive both offline and online sales of our diverse range of educational courses.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and avenues for revenue growth.
- **Partnership Development**:
- Establish partnerships with preschools and schools to promote our courses.
- Collaborate with educational institutions to create mutually beneficial relationships.
- Actively seek and negotiate partnership agreements to expand our reach.
- **Lead Generation and Conversion**:
- Generate leads through various channels, including outreach, events, and networking.
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel and ensure high conversion rates.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- **Campus Director Support**:
- Collaborate with Campus Directors to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Assist in the daily activities related to sales, ensuring smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with other teams to enhance cross-functional collaboration.
- **Market Research**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Provide insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
- **Reporting**:
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc sales reports, highlighting key performance metrics.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the local education market and trends.
