**Responsibilities**:
1. Calendar Management:

- Efficiently manage and organize executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.

2. Administrative Support:

- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Conduct research and compile information for various projects.

4. English Skills:

- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ensure all written communication is clear, grammatically correct, and aligns with the company's standards.

5. Canva Usage:

- Utilize graphic design tools, particularly Canva, to create visually appealing presentations, documents, and materials.

6. Social Media Handling:

- Assist in managing and updating executive social media profiles.
- Monitor and engage with relevant social media channels, providing updates and responses as necessary.

Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using Canva and other relevant graphic design tools (not compulsary).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic social media management.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
