We have opening for Executive Assistant with one of the Group Company in Ahmedabad.

**Job Role**
The executive assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Director. You are responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the Director’s office, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining effective communication within the organisation.

**Calendar Management**: Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and conferences for the executive. This involves managing multiple calendars, prioritising events, and ensuring the executive's schedule is well-organised.- **Meeting Support**: Preparing meeting materials, agendas, and presentations. Taking meeting
- minutes, distributing notes, and following up on action items as required.
- **Database and Information Management**: Managing and organising documents, records, and files. Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring that information is easily accessible when needed.Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive working relationships with internaland external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and other executives.
- **Expense Management**: Assisting in managing the executive's budget and expenses. Tracking and
- reconciling expense reports and ensuring adherence to company policies. **Travel Arrangements**: Planning and coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries. This may involve both domestic and international travel.

**Qualifications:

- **
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Degree or relevant certification in business administration or a related field can be beneficial for this role.
- Prior experience in an administrative role or working with high-level executives is preferred.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent in using various office software, communication tools, and technology platforms
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and discretion.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
