**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managing their calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate and organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings and other high-profile events.
- Anticipate executives' needs and proactively address issues to optimize their time and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
