**Administrative Support**:

- Manage and organize the executive's daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
- **Calendar Management**:

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
- Provide timely reminders and updates regarding appointments and deadlines.
- **Travel Coordination**:

- Make travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.
- **Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communication, responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate.
- **Task Prioritization**:

- Prioritize tasks and manage the executive's to-do list.
- Handle routine tasks and manage projects as assigned.
- **Confidentiality**:

- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality in all aspects of work.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Anticipate issues and proactively address challenges.
- Find solutions to problems efficiently and effectively.
- **Event Planning**:

- Assist in planning and coordinating events, both professional and personal.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
