Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Attend to inbound sales queries and follow up with customers as provided by the Marketing/Customer Service team.
Use persuasion and negotiation skills to convert potential customers into actual sales.
Quickly learn and adapt to our product portfolio, understanding product features to best serve customer needs.
Conduct thorough research on competitors, staying updated on their strategies and products.
Carry out cold calling/contacting activities to generate leads with outbound customers.
Maintain accurate records of all sales conversations and conversions.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Effectively use excel sheets for various sales activities and data management.
Utilize strong data analysis skills to drive sales strategies (training on our data-driven approach will be provided).
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and convincing skills.
Quick learner with a keen interest in acquiring knowledge about products and competitors.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other data management software.
Basic data crunching skills; training will be provided to hone this skill.
Ownership mindset, willing to take responsibility and work autonomously as per our company culture.
