**Inventory and Admin Executive**

**1. Inventory Management**

Stock Monitoring: Regularly monitor inventory levels to ensure they align with

organizational needs and demand forecasts.

Stock Replenishment: Place orders for stock replenishment when levels fall below

minimum thresholds.

Stock Accuracy: Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure

accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

**2. Data Management**

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory items,

including quantities, locations, and conditions.

Database Management: Use inventory management systems to track stock levels,

orders, and deliveries.

Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on inventory status, turnover rates, and

discrepancies for management review.

**3. Supplier Coordination**

Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely

delivery of goods and manage relationships.

Order Processing: Place orders with suppliers, track order status, and manage

purchase orders.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms and prices with suppliers to optimize costs.

**4. Logistics and Distribution**

Receiving Goods: Oversee the receipt of inventory items, ensuring they match

purchase orders and are in good condition.

Storage: Manage the proper storage of inventory items to prevent damage and ensure

easy access.

Shipping Coordination: Coordinate the shipping of goods to customers or other
