**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Interaction**: Greet and assist clients, both in-person and over the phone, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries.
- **Document Management**: Maintain and organize real estate documents, contracts, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members.
- **Calendar Management**: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and property showings, optimizing the schedules of real estate professionals.
- **Data Entry**: Input and update property listings, client information, and transaction details into the database accurately and in a timely manner.
- **Office Supplies and Equipment**: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate maintenance for office equipment.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with real estate processes and terminology is a plus.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
**Salary**: ₹8,723.34 - ₹44,424.62 per month
