**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**:Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Manage incoming calls and correspondence.
- **Administrative Support**:Provide administrative support to various departments. Coordinate meetings and appointments.
- **Office Maintenance**:Ensure the office is organized and well-maintained. Manage office supplies and inventory.
- **Document Management**:Assist in the creation and organization of documents and reports. Handle confidential information with discretion.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
