**Job Description**:
ASM Sales

Key Responsibilities:
HORECA Sales:
Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the HORECA sector in Delhi.

Identify potential HORECA customers, such as hotels, restaurants, cafes, and caterers, and build long-term partnerships.

Conduct regular visits to HORECA establishments to understand their needs, promote products, and secure sales orders.

Provide excellent customer service, resolve any issues, and address customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional activities targeted at the HORECA segment.

Modern Trade (MT) Sales:
Manage relationships with MT chains, supermarkets, and retail stores in Delhi to drive product placement and sales.

Negotiate and secure favorable shelf space and promotional opportunities within MT outlets.

Monitor stock levels, ensure timely product replenishment, and conduct periodic reviews to optimize product visibility and availability.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and propose actionable strategies.

Institutional Sales:
Identify and target institutional buyers, including corporate offices, educational institutions, hospitals, and government organizations.

Develop customized product offerings and pricing packages to meet the unique requirements of institutional clients.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers, highlighting the benefits and value of the products.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and post-sales support for institutional customers.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the sales team, distributors, and channel partners to achieve sales objectives and share market insights.

Provide guidance and support to sales representatives, assisting them in achieving their individual targets.

Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge, selling techniques, and market trends.

Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement, evaluate sales strategies, and recommend corrective actions.

Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to stay ahead in the FMCG sales landscape.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in FMCG sales, particularly in HORECA, MT, and institutional sales.

Strong knowledge of the Delhi market, including key players, competition, and customer preferences.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and market trends.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools for sales reporting and analysis.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
