- Knowledge of the Lucknow real estate market.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong Communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Role**: Responsible for identifying and meeting with potential clients, understanding client needs, and guiding them through available properties. Conducts property showings, handles negotiations, and closes deals
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and acquire new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**: Possess in-depth knowledge of the products/services offered, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets consistently by developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate and execute promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather feedback from clients to improve products/services and enhance the overall customer experience.
- **Adaptability**: Quickly adapt to changes in the market, customer preferences, and internal processes to maintain a competitive edge.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 50% travel

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Real estate sales: 1 year (preferred)
