Banquet Sales Supervisor

As a Banquet Sales Supervisor, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth for banquet and event spaces by effectively selling the venue's services, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- **Sales and Marketing**: The primary responsibility of Banquet Sales is to sell banquet and event spaces to potential clients. This involves identifying and prospecting new clients, following up on leads, conducting site tours, and presenting proposals to clients that highlight the venue's features, amenities, and services.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining relationships with clients is essential for repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: To effectively sell banquet and event spaces, he/she must stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Banquet Sales are often responsible for setting sales targets, developing sales forecasts, and managing budgets to ensure that revenue goals are met or exceeded.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Banquet Sales negotiate contracts with clients, including pricing, terms and conditions, and event details. They ensure that contracts are legally sound, accurately reflect the client's needs and expectations, and protect the interests of the venue.
**Qualification**:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and vendors
- Fluent in English
- Must have soft skills
- Proven experience in Banquet Sales or Event Planning and Management
- Sales skills to drive revenue growth and build relationships with clients
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
