We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Banquet Supervisor to join our team. The Banquet Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of banquet events, providing exceptional service to our guests and supporting the Banquet Manager in day-to-day operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Banquet Manager in planning and coordinating all banquet events, including weddings, conferences, meetings, and social gatherings.
- Supervise banquet staff during events, including servers, bartenders, and set-up crews, to ensure that service standards and guest expectations are met.
- Train and mentor banquet staff on service procedures, event setups, and safety protocols, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet spaces, ensuring that all equipment, furniture, and decorations are arranged according to event specifications and hotel standards.
- Monitor event timelines and guest flow, coordinating with the kitchen and service teams to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of food and beverages.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests during events, resolving issues promptly and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefings with banquet staff to review event details, address any issues or concerns, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies, equipment, and linens for banquet operations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management is a plus.
