Market Representative (Herbal products) Gurugram, Haryana 6 Months + Full-time

We are seeking a motivated Sales Market Representative with Ayurvedic background (Biology, Biochemistry,

Biotechnology, Pharmacology, or a similar). Primary focus will be on driving sales, exceeding targets, and promoting herbal products. Must have technical knowledge, 6+ months experience, and a sales-driven passion.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Sales and Target Achievement: Be the driving force behind meeting and exceeding sales targets for our herbal products.

2. Sales Promotion: Collaborate with the Targeted Product Drivers to promote our products through in-person meetings, sale calls, marketing materials, presentations, and events.

3. Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on the Ayurvedic medicine market, including customer preferences, trends, and competitor analysis.

4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our Herbal and Ayurvedic products, their benefits, and their unique selling points.

5. Customer Engagement: Engage with existing and potential customers to understand their needs, provide information about our products, and address their queries.

6. Data Analysis: Analyse market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion.

8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, market research findings, and sales activities.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Ayurvedic Medicines (B.Pharma / B.Sc Bio or related stream)

2. Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role in the Ayurvedic medicine industry.

3. Strong technical background in Ayurvedic medicines with the ability to convey complex information to non
- technical audiences.

4. Sales-driven with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Must possess a vehicle for local movements and client visits.

8. Willingness to work six days a week to meet and exceed sales targets.
