Job Title: B2B SaaS Sales Representative

Position Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Understand customer needs and requirements to present appropriate product solutions.
3. Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our SaaS offerings.
4. Negotiate contracts and close agreements, ensuring the alignment of the client's needs with our product solutions.
5. Maintain a detailed record of sales activities including calls, meetings, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
6. Collaborate with the customer service and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
7. Meet or exceed sales quotas while fostering long-term relationships with clients.
8. Stay updated with the latest trends in the SaaS industry and competitor activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a B2B Sales Representative, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent knowledge of modern sales tools and techniques.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry conferences.
**Salary**: ₹11,140.02 - ₹43,757.99 per month
