**About Role**

We have an exciting role of L & D Reporting and Project Coordinator who would be responsible for L&D reporting support across agencies. Intern job posting and applicant management with local Intern Coordinators

**Responsibilities**:
**This is an exciting role and would entail you to**:

- PeopleSoft Time Entry - Leave of Absences & Time Off Allotment Assignments (begin 2025)
- Greenhouse reporting support (will test with FH OGS employees first, not a full-time need, can be combined with other similar needs)
- Scheduler - long-term. Would like to model after OHG’s OGS schedulers. Will ask for OHG’s job description.
- Intern job posting and applicant management with local Intern Coordinators.
- L&D reporting support across agencies
- Track projects across all HUB teams

Qualifications:
**This may be the right role for you if you have.**
- 1-2 years’ experience working with TA teams and systems. Experience in project management and data entry.
