**About the Role**:

05 **The Role**:

- hands-on experience in a global L&D environment.
- exposure to various aspects of learning and development, from content creation to project management.

**The Team**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:

- Manage and update the Learning Xchange platform, including uploading courses, creating learning paths, and managing user enrollments.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the LMS, working closely with the corporate Learning Xchange (LX) team to resolve LX queries efficiently.
- Support Content Development and Delivery:

- Assist in the design and development of learning content, such as presentations, infographics, and other training materials.
- Support the creation of engaging and accessible content that meets the learning needs of various business lines.
- Project Management:

- Coordinate and manage learning projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Ensure that learning initiatives are delivered on time & align with the overall goals of L&D team.
- Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with L&D managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives are progressing as required.
- Act as a point of contact for queries related to learning programs and initiatives, providing timely and accurate information.
- Reporting and Analytics:

- Generate and analyze reports on learning metrics, including course completions, participant feedback, and other key performance indicators.
- Assist in creating dashboards and presentations for senior leadership to showcase the impact of learning programs and identify areas for improvement.
