**Role Summary**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Own sales targets
- Establish contact with prospects and make cold calls
- Follow up on leads, set up meetings of prospects with Cybix senior management
- Prepare proposals, solutions
- Negotiate with prospects and close deals
- Regular meetings with customers to take feedback on delivery performance
- Engage with delivery team to provide feedback obtained from customer
- Ensure invoicing is done on time and payments collected from customers

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication abilities - both verbal and written
- Ability to build business relationships
- Ability to identify prospects and target them with focused presentations
- Ability to identify customer priority areas and propose solutions accordingly
- Excellent skills on using MS-Office suite - PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- 1+ experience in selling following IT Services
- Annual Maintenance Contracts for IT products (Servers, Storage, Network,

Workstations, Desktops Laptopsetc.).
- IT Facility Management Services
- Security Solutions including Security product licenses
- He should be willing to travel for business requirements.

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of sales force or similar CRM tool
