Job Description:
- Handle front office operations and visitors/ guest.

- Housekeeping & Facility Management - To supervise daily housekeeping activities & attendance, to maintain HK charts at floor as well washrooms, responsible for checking the cleanliness of entire office area.

- Ensure all the required facility arrangements for internal meetings, trainings, events etc.

- Vendor Management - Coordinating with the vendors for stationary, housekeeping material, tea coffee premix etc. required by the company, coordinating with the vendors for AC Servicing etc works.

- To ensure the procurement, management & distribution of stationery as per requirement.

- Executing the events and other activities in organization in co-ordination with other teams.

- Asset Maintenance - Responsible for checking the office’s assets are in good condition, arranging for various repair works like Electrical work, Carpenter work, plumbing work, AC Servicing, water purifier servicing etc. Maintenance work as & when required.

- To Maintain the records regarding Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), maintaining office assets (printers, furniture, IT equipment, purifiers, vending machines etc)

- Travel & Hotel Booking - To Book Train, Bus Tickets & Hotel Bookings for Staff & Guests.

- To handle inward and outward parcels/ courier etc., track & follow up for timely delivery.

- Handling Petty cash - Responsible for handling the petty cash and keeping the record of expenses.

- Billing & Payments: To Verify Monthly Bills of electricity, landline telephones Bills, newspaper bills, Xerox bills, Courier Bill. Gas connection bill of guest house etc. & submit it to the Accounts Dept. Taking Follow up for Timely Bill Payments.

- Supervise and manage all day-to-day office administrative activities.

- Manage administrative department, maintain a safe and secure work environment.

- Other related tasks as delegated from time to time.

- Supervise administrative staff of housekeepers, handle conflicts, monitor work status & housekeeping materials and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.

- Manage floor space, canteen and other civil structures within company for repair or fittings etc.

- To ensure timely repairs of electrical fittings, plumbing tools

- Office compliance with local authorities, agreements & contracts, postage & couriers handling.

- Relevant experience of 1-2 years

- Own vehicle
- Good verbal & written communications skills (English, Marathi, Hindi)
