**Designation -** Admin Assistant

**Location**: Shivajinagar, Pune, Sometime travel to Shirwal through company transport.

**Reports To**: Head HR

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Domestic and foreign Travel Management**: Manage Domestic and international Visa, flight/train/road travel booking
- **Property Management**: Managing office upkeeping, furniture, furnishing, plumbing and pest control
- **Housekeeping Management**: Manage the office housekeeping
- **Hospitality Management**: Ensure the Receiving Guests / Visitors, Welcome, Meals, Tea/ Coffee
- **Reception management**: Handle office reception, receive and respond to calls at reception.
- **Event Management**: Coordinate and manage events and engagement activities at Shivajinagar office. Coordinate and provide support for annual sales meet.
- **Recruitment**: Manage interviews held at Shivajinagar office with help of Head HR
- **Coordination**: Work closely with Finance, Marketing and other teams at Shivajinagar office. Submit monthly admin invoices in time to finance. Ensure timely processing of invoices bills of contractors.
- **Vendor Management**: Ensure proper relationship with vendor for getting timely support.
- **Liaison with Government Authorities **- Society committee, Local Bodies, Lawyers.
- Assigning Accessories to employees as per Grade - Cars, Uniforms, Shoes, Sim Cards, Laptops, Desktops
- Ensure events gift management

**Reports and MIS:

- **
- Ensure timely submission of reports with analytical comments and actions proposed.
- Track & Control Costs related to your role and maintain an overall cost consciousness.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
