**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the hospital management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- **Patient Coordination**: Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, and discharges, ensuring efficient patient flow and excellent customer service.
- **Record Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with medical recordkeeping standards and patient confidentiality regulations.
- **Billing and Insurance**: Assist with billing and insurance processes, including verifying insurance coverage, processing payments, and resolving billing discrepancies.
- **Facility Management**: Oversee the maintenance of the hospital facilities, including cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- **Staff Coordination**: Coordinate staff schedules, facilitate communication between departments, and assist with staff training and development initiatives.
- **Quality Assurance**: Participate in quality assurance activities, such as monitoring patient satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards, such as HIPAA, OSHA, and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of one year of administrative experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital or medical office environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping, billing, and administrative tasks.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a positive work environment and excellent patient care outcomes.
