3. System Maintenance, Repairs & Anti Virus Renewal with IT Eecutive
4. Booking of Train/Bus/Flights Tickets etc.,
5. If required Furniture Repairs
6.Procurement of Chemicals, Glassware, Reagents, Medias, Lab instruments, Water Treatment Parts of RO, ETP, STP & Consumables, Furniture, Computer Peripherals etc.,
7. Preparation of comparative statements from different vendors in excel sheet sending the same for mgmt approvals.
8. Responsible for all payment related bills like mobile, telephone, credit cards, electricity bill, Rents, Insurances Renewal of vehicles insurance, Field Executives & Drivers Insurances etc.
9. To coordinate with Accounts for vendor payment on Every Saturday
10. E waste disposal, Selling of unused items, General Waste Disposal etc.,
11.If Required Electrical, Plumbing, Carpenter works to be Execute.
12. Asset register to be maintain.
13. Calibration of Instruments 6 monthly and Yearly to be maintained and put a google reminder
14. To look day to day house keeping activities.
15. To look after Enviro, Micro, & Analytical instruments (with proper asset numbering and monthly servicing andto maintain there health condition).
16. Responsible for up keeping in movable and immovable assets.
17. To assign Job roles to Security, like Maintances of register like inward and outward material. And returnable material tracking
18. Maintains of UPS, AC’s &Printers, EPBX, Fire Extinguishers quarterly Service and solving the technical problems if any occurs.
19. Cleanliness to be maintain in all Labs like (Analytical, Micro and Enviro) & Office Areas
20. Proper Labeling of Stores Cub boards for easily available of material.
