We are looking for an organized and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team and help ensure smooth daily operations at our preschool and childcare center.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the preschool director and staff.
- Manage daily attendance records, registration paperwork, and student files.
- Coordinate communication between parents, teachers, and administrative staff.
- Assist with billing, tuition payments, and processing financial transactions.
- Schedule and coordinate parent-teacher meetings, school events, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the environment remains organized and efficient.
- Support the onboarding process for new staff members and help with maintaining staff records.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including managing social media accounts and newsletters.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of administrative experience in a preschool or childcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with childcare management systems.
- Friendly, professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively with a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with Montessori or early childhood education principles.
- Experience in event coordination or parent engagement.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or billing processes.
