Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Coordinate projects and manage schedules
- Assist with real estate administrative tasks including document preparation and filing
- Act as a personal assistant to executives by handling correspondence and organizing meetings
- Utilize medical receptionist skills for managing patient appointments and inquiries
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, and filing documents
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Transcribe documents accurately
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience in project coordination is a plus
