**Hiring: Admin Assistant**
We are hiring for one of our clients, a global leader in green coffee trading, operating in over 20 countries.
**Location**: Nagavara, Bangalore
**Experience**: 1-2 years
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Purchase office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange business travel for employees
- Reconcile and submit expense reports
- Greet visitors and provide general support
- Ensure office equipment is maintained and repaired
- Obtain quotes and negotiate with vendors for office supplies and IT equipment
- Coordinate with building vendors for repairs and improvements
- Book taxis, couriers, and hotels
- Manage the reception desk
- Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital)
- Handle confidential information with care
- Improve administrative systems and processes
- Support the HR team in organizing interviews
- Organize employee engagement activities (e.g., birthdays, festivals, off-sites)
- Assist the Execution and Accounts team with document uploads
**Skills & Experience**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- College degree preferred
